Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee (message us!) 2️⃣ Trash is collected daily by the resort staff. 3️⃣ Pool and hot tub are professionally cleaned every Tuesday. The technician will access the screened-in area for maintenance. 4️⃣ We provide a starter supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, etc.). Bring your own ice & plan to purchase more supplies if needed. 5️⃣ No smoking allowed at this property. 6️⃣ Consider travel insurance for cancellations and weather concerns, as refunds are not issued for these reasons. 7️⃣ The resort does not provide inflatable tubes or towels at the water park. 8️⃣ Parking: Space for up to 5 vehicles. 9️⃣ TVs: The smart Roku TVs in each room offer the convenience of streaming your favorite shows and a worry-free automatic logout feature.

The clubhouse is a short walk from the property but shopping for groceries and most other travel will require a vehicle.
